Our co-founder and executive chef, Guy, honed his culinary skills at the renowned Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Europe. He then spent years working in Michelin star restaurants across the continent, perfecting his craft before bringing his passion for authentic Italian cuisine to America.

After returning from Europe, Guy traveled across the United States to immerse himself in the restaurant industry. His goal? To find the perfect concept to start in America.
